STEP1 Inquiry

Please provide us the name of the building you are interested in . Our staff will confirm the vacancy.

STEP2 Room Reservation

・Applicant's Private Information ※Phone or E-mail →　・Everyday Vacancy Check 　→　※Proxy Room Reservation(Securing of desired room)

STEP3 Room Viewing

You can view the room by yourself or we are happy to accompany you for room viewing upon request.

STEP4 Signing Contract

If you are satisfied with the room you viewd, then official application and submission of documents follow.

■Application・Submission of Documents: In case you are a company employee, 「Certificate of Withholding Tax」「Certificate of Residence」 are necessary for a contract.

We can apply for the room and sign a contract on your bahalf upon request.
■Scheduling of Move-in Date, Payment of Initial Cost: Move-in Date is normally 5 to 10 days later from the contract.
Prorated rent will accrue from Move-in Date. ...You can pick up room keys from move-in date.

All necessary procedure is done! Move-in comes next.
